Return Policy:

We endeavour to supply our jewellery following the highest levels of inspection and service.  However, we do operate a simple returns policy.

Please note that for hygienic reasons we cannot refund or exchange earrings.

We offer a 7 day money back guarantee.

If any item is not quite what you required then simply notify us by e-mail or post, stating reason for return within 7 days of receipt.  We will then issue you with a refund or allow you to exchange the item. 

When refunding the customer, postage costs on the original order are not refunded.  As mentioned above, this guarantee does not apply to earrings.

Items must be  returned via a signed for postal service for your own proof of  delivery.  This postage cost is not reimbursed unless the item is damaged or faulty. 

Please check goods on delivery.  If damaged or faulty, please let us know within 3 days and arrange to post them back to us.  We will them reimburse you these postal costs.  If you do not inform us within 3 days then we will have no liability for items said to be damaged or faulty on delivery.

We have made every effort to display all our items as accurately as possible but colours and images can vary depending on your monitor and browser.  Stones can vary in shade.  Most products have been described as accurately as possible.

In the rare event that an item is incorrectly priced on the web site, Lorelei Gems reserves the right to not supply that item at said price.  The normal price will be offered instead.

Lorelei Gems can cancel any order it feels fit to do so whereupon all paid monies will be refunded in full.

By placing an order you agree to these terms above. Your statutory rights are not affected.
